The Hypnotic Flame, despite being too lengthy, is actually pretty awesome.
As for the rest, they're admittedly more creative than Mario's in the previous video, and thankfully the over the top ones didn't overstay their welcome with the stupid level 1-9 system from Teos Mario, or however he was called.

Idea: Forever Trapped
Luigi makes a square with his fingers and tries to suck opponents with his poltergust. If he does, he then puts them in E Gads painting machine, which deals 20 damage and ends with them stuck in a painting, with the screen ko animation. If they have 99 or under damage, the painting explodes and they are launched only a little bit from the painting, but if they have at least 100 damage, the camera zooms in on the painting as it quickly swirls down a black spiral, vanquishing them.
