I spotted a VW XL1 in the classic car remise in Dusseldorf (kind of the same thing) last summer, and it stood out amongst all amazing looking machines like a Diva, SLR Stirling, Cygnet and such. Well worth a visit. In this video I just love love the A110s 😍
Hi guys, not only as a Maserati and Ferrari addict do I enjoy your laid-back channel. Motorworld is just brilliant, especially the variety of cool cars in the "matchbox" car park and the awesome shop that sells the rare Ferraris. Keep up the good work!
What an incredibly gorgeous and fascinating place to visit for anyone interested in cars and bikes. Thanks for sharing!!! Glad you got to enjoy driving there with the roof down in your convertibles :))
Oh that's funny, I was just there a couple weeks ago! I ate at the cafe behind where Jay is standing... What a must-see place if you're in the area and love cars!! I ran past two Chirons to photograph the Lancia Group B cars :)
Good to see you in Germany. The country of great car manufacturers, no speed limits and wide country roads. All that you hardly find back home in the UK. 😂
Hi, there is also a Motor World near Nürburgring in Cologne and a little bit different one is the Classic Remise in Düsseldorf only ca. 30 km away from Cologne and ca. 110km away from Nürburgring. I think both are worth a visit, if you are planning/doing another trip to Nürburgring or Germany.
I think that was well said, 'people are trusted' where as in the UK you are treated as if you are bad and they want to keep you in line. Also UK drivers (as a UK driver) really need to up their driving ability and driving etiquette. I can't stand the person who sits in the middle lane, because I know they will sit there from London all the way to Edinburgh. Also great video!
The music drips 1980s for me. I regard it as the least interesting decade for music, but my most enjoyable decade by far in every other respect. It helps in my specific case that I sent to university in 1981, swerving the awful recession that was the near terminal rearrangement of U.K. manufacturing and the very large reorientation to “financial services”. I did a science first degree which, 40 years ago, was rigorous. I’d not been able to go at 18, because my obstructive & wealthy father, who had emigrated leaving us behind, refused both to contribute to the then means tested student grant or to legally disown me. Three years working manual jobs, paying tax etc qualified me for a mature student’s grant in my own right. I remained at university until 1988, tacking on a PhD. By the time I reentered the world of work, things were looking up!
What stand-out car did you spot in this video?

Love the Lotus for sure but that massive old Rolls Royce is incredible!!!

Nice!!
Come to The Bend Motorsport Park in South Australia.
@@BigRick50 If we ever happen to be that way, we'll keep that in mind. Thanks for the tip.
the inner 12yo amazed by this video also giggled at "seen a lot of Alpinas"
An extremely welcome change of format. More please!
Glad you liked it!

Great to see a Euro roadtrip style video chaps, looked awesome fun 👍
Great video and really enjoyed the presenter double header
Awesome!
Slick, this would be a ball! Thanks for the sneak peak.
And the cars are changing all the time so there's always something new to see!
Well, what can I say guys? Heaven on earth springs to mind! Great content, seriously on another level !
or two!

It was epic! More on that trip coming soon on our channel too!
But of course!
@sportzntouring looking forward to seeing your video
@@andrewbox8984 hopefully out by xmas 🤞
Absolutely delightful video
Always visit when in Munich. Great place
Amazing place!!! Thank you
You're welcome!

The best place in Munich for car guys 😊😊😊
Good to see you in Germany. The country of great car manufacturers, no speed limits and wide country roads. All that you hardly find back home in the UK. 😂
Even with all the fantastic machineries around, the LFA and 8C Competizione are my picks. OK maybe with Speciale, Scuderia and Z8 as well.
Nice choices! There's even more that we just couldn't fit into the video.
I prefer this format over anything
In this hotel you can book a room in which you can sleep beside your car… it is amazing! I stayed there a few times and it was amazing!
I was unaware of this. What a stunning & bold statement. I’d be up for visiting. Unfortunately, Mrs380 almost certainly wouldn’t be.
Cool place. Mclaren had an F1 there being serviced in late September.

Motorworld Stutgart in Böblingen is also worth a visit.
You can rent sportcars for a reasonable price there. Eg. Porsche Cayman 718 for 200 EUR/day
But did you notice that one of the Z8s in the BMW Studio is a Coupe, not a convertible with a hardtop?

sleeping next to your car, "not in a weird way".....😂
I think that facility was originally a train repair one.....
Correct
Okay there's no hotel but very similar to Classic Remise. I've been to the Berlin one in an old tram depot but there's one in Dusseldorf too.
@@demonic082 that sounds worth checking out!
Trust Bratworst was consumed James and friends
@@zzhughesd It most certainly was.

I am always afraid of oil leakages when cars are stacked... I wouldn't want an old Rolls on top of my cabriolet... 😶
Yup. Me too. Oil. Water. Any fluids. Then the 1% of 1% ramp failure. Oh my.
I understand the sentiment but there appear to be drip trays on all these lifts. Wouldn't worry me personally
Yes, they've taken this into account. It's a great setup.
Saying that, I’d rather be widdled upon by a classic Roller than immolated by a rubbish EV😮

I think the red is a 993 Turbo not a 996…
"it looks like a fake F40..." - ehhhm... That's the point of it existing!
I know, but for that reason it's not my cup of tea. Each to their own of course.
@@sportzntouring Don´t think for a minute I would like that thing... 😂
@@markusjuenemann I can understand it... I imagine in Tokyo it would be very much appreciated. Thinking Daikoku. Not for me but I get it.
EV freaks would love to see these cars permanently left in this state of museum quality.
Did you say competition time ? weekend for two, all expenses 😅..what a cool gaff 🛻🚘🚗🚕🏎🏍🛵
