They do it all the time. One of the actors on Baywatch he had a clause in his contract that he was not allowed to ride his motorbike he was explaining that on the camera so his brother said hey guess what I'm not on the show so I don't have a clause as he got on the actress motorbike and rolled off distinct behind her plastic surgery was so loud she should have been fired.
