First' you need to reset the wifi Extender for 10 seconds while it's plugged in. Then simply press the wps button on the D-Link extender along on the Router as well. 2nd method :- After resetting the D-Link extender. Please connect your device on dlink wifi then open a browser & in the address bar type 192.168.0.50 then press enter. Now you will see the set-up page. Hope this will work. If you want to login into your extender after setup then in this video I have explained how you can first find your extenders ip address and then login into your extender with it. hope that helps ruclips.net/video/Iszz2Oyna4E/видео.html . Also, if by different ip router you mean you recently changed your router then in that case you will have to reset the extender first and then set it up again. In order to reset your extender put a paper clip inside the reset hole for around 10 secs while the ext is still plugged in to the wall...Then follow the setup steps given in this video....

for whatever reason, the D-Link Website always asks for "Admin Password" and will not let me past this step
If you haven't changed the password from the default settings then the password field should be left blank. And you can just simply click on Login.
When i try to connect with different ip router it will not connect.
