    gripping low is something Dennis should avoid because it is a top rollers dream especially Ermes. He needs to grip high and fight for height in the set up and now allow ermes to have everything in the set up

    Yeah he should grip high, and i think he can. Usually his hand is so big that he cant take a high grip and it still is legal. But if you watch the video when they gripped up at king of the table 2 years ago, you can see that denis can take a good grip while ermes cant. And ermes said its the most uncomf hand he felt

      @@alexanderup6095 It actual is something he can change over night. Hell the set up changes every round. He would be a dumb ass to not make adjustment considering how easy it would be to just take a high grip then lower. 😂

  • @editmanjaw619
    @editmanjaw619 27 дней назад +1

    as denis explained himself after the beating from devon is that he was very static in this position, he had no movement no dynamics whatsoever which is true and now his training looks like he is trying to improve his dynamics and add some offensive maneuver rather then holding to his backpressure on and lets his opponent run out of gas. if he continues to train like that he is going to be a force to reckon with. but thats all speculation and how much he has improved can be seen only when he fights ermes

    I am still thinking, Denis is not ready mentally, the mental attitude plays a very important role and can add wonders to strength. Perhaps after his health issue, Denis has not recovered his confidence yet. Otherwise, he has all the ability to beat the top 3 or 5.

    İ think starting to train your riser 1 month before the match is kinds useless. Considering most of the athletes generally start resting 1,5 to 2 weeks before the match denis has at most 10 days of training. I don't think 10 days of riser training really will make the difference

    Your hypothesis is good, but personally i think Denis should do his strong move low hand drag back AGAIN...even though it didn't work against Devon. I think it COULD'VE worked vs Devon if he hadn't kept fleximg his wrist and contracting arm every time Devon rose back up. He needed to saty in his lock and apply stop to Devon and beat the hand. I think same deal with Ermes. If Denis posts i think Ermes will flash pin 😬
