Was your pump pouring coolant?
The serpentine belt on the waterpump is not the timing belt right? I plan to do the replacement myself and I get them confused and I don't want to lose timing on engine, please help 🙏
No, it's not the timing belt.. sorry for delay in response!

Why don't you just take serpentine belt off?
Good question; I don't remember.. but I know it's easy to take off that belt, because I did it to replace various parts.
No more dodge, duck , dip , dive and dodging for me !
All hand tools
Mostly that's all I use; I do have power tools but I don't use them unless it's necessary.
