The F-16V is not equiped with the GE-F110-132, only the F-16E block 60 from the UAE has this.
The block 70 is equiped with GE-F110-129 and the block 72 has the PW-F100-229, both have 29,000+ lbs of thrust which is the requirement for the F-16V
