1. Window insider program can be logged on only if u have a licensed copy of windows.
2. It will also come with lot of bugs which make your PC slow , already window publish not to install window insider program on main PC

Important things to remember:
- Windows Insider Program builds are **not** meant for normal\daily\production use
- These builds are pre-release\experimental and meant for people who have the technical knowledge to deal with various OS issues
- These builds are released to public so that Microsoft can collect data to improve their RTM\Release To Manufacturing\Retail OS version
- You will run into problems sooner than later.
The most important thing is that you have no privacy on a machine running Windows Insider Program build. Microsoft can and will collect all types of data including keystrokes for analysis - credit card information, passwords etc. This not wrong since it is clearly mentioned in the License Agreement.
This whole concept of running Windows Insider Program build is like getting an experimental concept car\bike for daily use.
Can you take such a car\bike on a highway trip?
Can you rely on such a car\bike to take you to and bring you back from office?
WARNING !! Don't Install windows vis windows insider program. Insider version window ka woh version hai jo Microsoft general public ko launch karne se pehle logon ko try karne k liya deta hai tan ki jo final product ho woh perfect ho. Insider version main bhut bugs ho sakte hain. Windows ki insider builds bhut unstable bhi ho sakti hai aur normally bhi function kar sakti hain bina dikat k. Insider windows normal software ka chal ne main bhi dikat de sakti hai. Google kar k dekho ek baari insider program k baare mein

but installing windows insider builds can be tricky because insider builds are released regularly and you do not get any option to stop those updates so I won't recommend windows insider builds to regular PC users. sometimes these builds can even break the system which will tricky for non technical person to overcome
Optional: Buy a linux/dos version & buy a win 10 oem key from sdkey.com for about 1000 rupees. Now u own a legitimate copy which can be used on another pc when ur laptop stopped working.

It will not affect, if u have both OS in separate drive (C drive for windows , D drive for linux)
