@@annstewart9693 cutting off Louise Harrison's estate was nasty, due to the small amount involved. However, George had a hand in this, as he didn't include his sister in his will. Anything that involves money needs to be thoroughly documented, otherwise there'll always be a chance of dispute. George certainly didn't foresee such a risk, nor could he have imagined that Olivia wouldn't feel obligated to continue sending money to her sister after he was gone. That's what happened, anyway. Accounting was never his strong point.

Clapton is s turd. Yes, I know Ms Boyd had her own agency, but these men were superstars and the power dynamic incredibly unbalanced. What an arsehole thing to do, to win on to a friend's partner. Subsequent behaviour and statements by Clapton reinforce the idea that he is a turd. Fantastic guitarist, though. Miles better than most 'ten million notes per second' guitar heroes who have come since. The fact he was called Slow Hand kinda says it all, his guitar playing was expressive and emotional and although he could pile on the pyrotechnics when he wanted to, he usually kept to the fundamentals of blues. Only my opinion, but that's what comment sections are for!
