    I have come across a gem in my calculus studying. It was honestly so helpful cause one of my biggest downfalls on FRQs is that I don't know what the question is asking me to do

    Thank you so much! I recently got a 5 on the AP Calc AB 2023 Exam. I binge watched your FRQ videos and did them alongside you. It was almost as if I was being helped in person during office hours with my teacher at school. You've definitely helped me and I'm sure many other students have a similar experience. Thank you again Mr. Sandoval, I will be referencing you to anyone who needs help on the Calc AB/BC exams.

      What's sad is that the calculus is not that difficult at this stage, but more so retaining the algebra, geometry, and trigonometry to perform well. If you have this and keep mental focus (i.e. avoiding careless errors) and recognize patterns in formatting the exam becomes much simpler.

    • @jsandov6
      @jsandov6  Год назад

      They will always ask a rate accumulation question and a graph analysis FRQ. But specific to BC, they’ll ask a polar or parametric, Taylor or Series Question. The other 2 could be table question, differential eqs. I’d make sure to study the main ones and what they usually ask. Check out those vids if you can. Hope this helps

  • @salamm8910
    @salamm8910 Год назад

    at 10:08, isnt the rate already A(t)? I feel like you would simply have to evaluate A(t) at 1 rather then taking the derivative of A(t). IS that right?

  • @ipmdiabod2144

      lpmdiabod, Because they already give you A(t) as a rate and all they’re asking is if that rate is increasing or decreasing. So you take the derivative and if it’s positive the rate is increasing, if the derivative is negative, the rate is decreasing. Hope this makes sense.
