The lead singer gave Jennifer a drink since she was in shock, it had some kind of drug in it and he got Jennifer in his van, Needy tried to get her to leave but she wanted to go to the van. They took Jennifer to a river side and tied her down to the ground, they were sacrificing Jennifer to the devil because they heard that if you sacrifice a virgin then the devil will make you successful, Jennifer said she was a virgin but she hasn't been a virgin since junior high. They stabbed Jennifer thinking they killed her, little did they know that if she wasn't a virgin she would come back to life. Jennifer came back to life but had a curse on her because the sacrifice went wrong, the curse was if she wanted to stay pretty, she had to eat humans, so she had to eat the boys in her school. That's when she told Needy everything. The only reason she didn't kill Needy was because she didn't have the guts to kill her best friend. In the video you see Needy yank the necklace off of Jennifer, that's because Jennifer killed Needy's boyfriend so Needy had to kill Jennifer, after she yanked the necklace off, Needy stabs Jennifer in her heart, that was that only way to release the demon and Needy didn't know till she did it. So Needy went to prison but she broke out because she flew to the window because she got bit by Jennifer and that gave Needy powers, so Needy broke out of prison and went to Jennifer's house, Jennifer was looking rough but she was still alive after all of that. So Needy kills the whole band as payback for trying to kill her best friend but instead putting a demon in her. Needy still cared about Jennifer even if she was in prison because of her, that's why she killed the band boys. And the scream in the video was Jennifer getting stabbed and pleading for mercy.
