I liked how in Depth the farmer was. And mentioning up to codes for kitchen. Thanks for sharing your packing house ! Those counters and info board's are brilliant!!!! 👍
Dont know if anyone cares but if you're bored like me during the covid times you can stream all the latest movies on Instaflixxer. I've been binge watching with my brother these days xD
Damn, this guy's good! I really like the tables, charts, and map/block layout. Clearly a lot of thought went into setup and work flow. Thanks for showing off !
OK, something is suggesting to me that this farmer is another one of those German fellows. Super well organised. Very impressed. ....Thanks for their share.
What are this man's inspirations and guides for how he made this system so efficient? There's like an unspoken understanding or code to by which his whole farm is operated. Was the floor plan designed first?
He does, it's just that in some cases vegetables come 'all natural', like in most farmers markets or other organic venues. In those situations people buy their fruits and vegetables knowing that they might need to wash them before consumption or preparation. This is just one step too far for those good old folks who prefer their fruits and vegetables to arrive "CLEAN", you know, washed and pest/mold free but laden with synthetic nutrients, pesticides and preservatives. There might be some sarcasm in the above statement..
This is exactly the kind of organization I would want for an operation like this. It’s beautiful and functional!
The most effective and efficient pack house I have ever seen. All details well thought out! Just awesome!!

@Ernesto Jayson Yup, have been using instaflixxer for months myself =)
That was badass. Very tight ship. So many take aways!
Thoughtful system. I would like to see this while you are working.
German Efficiency is not a legend.... Very inspiring thank you
That was fantastic.
I love seeing the passion this guy has for his business.
Brilliant x12. Thank you! Thank You John and Brenda, too. Impresssive, helpful and totally inspirational.

This is gold. Thank you.
So many design gems here. thanks for another great video.
Ahhh awsome!. Farm goals!! Great to see what can be done.
wow--love this organization--seems to have thought of everything
Back as a cook , the best kitchen was designed to be a pivot or pivot and a step
This guy has it .
Impressive how organized he is. Inspiring.
Reminds me of Fast Cap and the Kaizan method. Very cool!
so much knowledge given here my brain is full today lol
Great to see the farm’s planning details.
Thank you for high quality material and for going in depth with your explanations!
We are definitely learning so much new things from this farm set up, thank you for the advice and info plus great vid Curtis :-)
awesome, awesome, awesome.
thank you both for sharing.
Beavis is crushing it!
Wow! Impressive.
Wow! Just wow!
You could reuse the water for root cleaning?
I would love to hear how wise earth farm made the white board grid/ what materials. Thank you for sharing this video. Lots of great info!
What are this man's inspirations and guides for how he made this system so efficient?
There's like an unspoken understanding or code to by which his whole farm is operated.
Was the floor plan designed first?
Curtis What brand or company did he get his pig slat flooring for his table?
Where can I get those pig panels for a washing table? I have looked everywhere and asked a lot of people but no luck.
Love this video!
where is it going to end!
Brilliant! Thank you for sharing! Do those orange tables come in smaller sizes?
Love this guy
I love that he mentioned all the diseases in pig Barnes. It's because animals need to be out in the sun, and on grasses ✌️😁
Very impressive
Kurwa!. Nice, so far the best organized farm I've ever seen on RUclips...
I love IT!!
Do you have a source for the orange baskets used in the spinner?
Tim Durham look for “joy fish handy basket”.we use them too and love them!
Ich know he said it, but i did not quite got it. Could you explain where he got the orange tables from? I am not a native english speaker. Thanks
He didn't say exactly where it was from, but Google "pvc coated farrowing floor" to see what he means.
I wonder if there's a scheduling software that can help him doing all the scheduling instead of using white board and stickers
Sure it can, but software doesn't know the state of the soil, ambient temps or the weather.
What's the name of this farm? Where are they located? Looks like a 1.5 acre operation. Looks like he has 5 hands including himself.
du plywood under the table common curtis
The only issue I would have is, standing on a cement floor is hard on my body. I would want a floor mat to stand on.
Just wow
Curtis, I want to give this video 2 thumbs up but youtube won't let me
why only 50 feet long beds? why not, 100?
Why not 200?
Based on his organisational skills ... must be German that guy ;-)
Why he dont wash greens?
He does, it's just that in some cases vegetables come 'all natural', like in most farmers markets or other organic venues. In those situations people buy their fruits and vegetables knowing that they might need to wash them before consumption or preparation. This is just one step too far for those good old folks who prefer their fruits and vegetables to arrive "CLEAN", you know, washed and pest/mold free but laden with synthetic nutrients, pesticides and preservatives.

What about recycling the water in tanks?
A good video would be talking and showing his irrigation system eh.
Cray!
Seems like a lot of work for a spreadsheet. Great detail though
be serious
