Kayali Lychee smells like Herbal Essences Shampoo, like 100%. But lets be honest, these reviewers will rave anything Kayali 😉 credibility down the drains 😂
I disagree. It doesn't smell shampoo-y to me at all. I have the dupe called Khair Fusion. I am not a Kayali fan whatsoever. They're all overpriced and the performance sucks for the most part.

not many youtubers are as authentic & honest as you and as my dad was obsessed with anything from Italy he used to work there in 90s, I believe I inherited his love, I prefer fashion, perfumes and food as my son used to work for an Italian French couple in Tauranga, NZ. I am from Russia and people say from all over the world I act as Italian to them... I don't know many italians but I am in love with everything and everyone I know already including you... from Russia with LOVE!
Guidance is absolutely beautiful! The dry down is better than the initial scent. The beginning is sharp and the dry down is a softer creamier scent. People love it in the air. Lots of compliments from strangers.
L’eau papier actually last quite long, stronger than their EDPs. On both skin and clothes it last all day.
No one mentioned it yet that it smells like the communion wafers taste like. Rice wafers.
Hmm I’ll have to retry Guidance and wait for dry down. How long should I wait? I sprayed it twice on a strip the waft of whatever hit my nose made me jump back from it because it was so bad. Truly shocking after all these reviews raving about it because I fully expected to be transported to paradise. I trashed the strip and bought a totally different perfume.
For me Guidance is like no other. I tried to resist it and after I wore a sample , I realized I really missed it and bought a bottle. Yes the price is outrageous, especially as it increased recently, but it’s a perfume that for me ticks all the boxes to justify it: unique, long lasting, signature worthy, high quality, beautiful presentation, modern and classy. I prefer to wear it in autumn and cooler weather because I can really appreciate the warmth of the hazelnut and juice of the pear opening to the floral and down to the woody notes.
I don’t smell the rice in L’eau papier. I feel it’s a underwhelming fragrance. If someone loves the rice note, he/ she should try Je Ne Sais Quoi from Teo Cabanel. There you really smell the rice.
To me guidance smells like someone put on too much perfume to cover up the fact that they didn’t shower.
Guidance smells like what dentists put on cavities! it’s not an easy fragrance whatsoever. I have already Kilian moonlight in heaven and Tom ford Soleil Blanc; só Kilian sunkissed is a pass! I love your honest reviews!
L'eau Papier is one of my favorite scents even though it doesn't last long😢. I get cooked rice or rice steam with warm musk. I like rice scents even though Je ne sais quoi by Teo Cabanel was too savory and green for me. The musk of L'eau Papier brings it home for me and makes it comforting. I bought a full 100ml and Bath & Body Works Musk #3 (L'eau Papier dupe) body spray, body wash and body cream to layer underneath. I received a compliment after 3 hours in the Texas heat so I am happy it lasts that long. It was love at first sniff. I'll buy another 100ml when I finish this bottle. Albeit on SALE. 😅

I tried L'Eau Papier, as I love this kind of clean, musky scent. It's not that memorable for me, it was a bit flat. I'm moving towards clean, musky with more of a twist... Farmacia ss annunziata's Fiore di Cotone stood out to me, as well as Olfactive Studio's Lumière Blanche
I own Guidance and have a love/hate relationship with it. Sometimes I love it and enjoy wearing it but not often. I have to be in the mood. And yes, the sillage is amazing! I just bought O Feminin and I am also not a fan of orange blossom but adore this one. I think it’s because of the high degree of naturals that M. Micallef uses.

I love, love, love L'Eau Papier. It's not a skin scent for me. I find it quiet strong. The rice note is very prominent to me, I do not get much of the sesame. I would describe it as a floral gourmand with good performance. Perfect for spring. I bought it immediately after smelling it for the first time.❤

I wanted to love Diptyque, but they don't work for me. I even have a tester of Philosykos and L'Papier at home and I am not a fan after wearing it on my skin. Another brand that doesn't work for me is Jo Malone.
Great that you provide your honest opinion. These perfumes are so overpriced most of the time, that I really want to love it in order to spend that kind of money.😅🎉

I'm really hoping I'll discover a dupe of Guidance and Initio Narcotic Delight as well. Perhaps Middle Eastern would be best, as they do inspired by versions so well. These fragrances are just much too expensive on their own. It's not that I can't afford them it's that I feel it's such a waste of money to spend hundreds of dollars on a sinlge perfume when so many of them are duped and the dupes turn out better than the OG, in most cases, in my experience.

I discovered your channel this weekend and I’m glad I did!
The first time I smelled L’eau Papier, I could only smell paper and perhaps rice note. I found it to be an interesting close to the skin type of perfume. I recently smelled it again and the paper note was less prominent, I could smell mimosa which I enjoy. I was totally surprised by it. The flowery note reminded me of Eau Des Sens from Dyptique, which I already own and enjoy.
I am 50/50 on guidance. I love the creaminess but there is a note that I don’t enjoy, it actually stayed on my close after washing them. On my skin, the creaminess took over. The sent was addictive to me as I kept smelling my hand all day. This is another fragrance I need to try again.
Sunkissed Goddess was a flop for me, I didn’t get any of the notes listed. I was hoping for a classy beachy perfume but perhaps zI need to give it another chance.
Vanilla Se* was okay, not a bad fragrance, it’s quite linear. The issue is the price, it’s definitely not paying that amount for it.
On my skin, Guidance smells like body odor mixed with cheap men’s cologne, big no, no 😕
I find Eden Lychee to smell like soil after 10 mins on my skin 😅
I just discovered your Chanel and have been enjoying your videos! I try never to blind buy as everyone’s experience with perfumes are so different. For example I love Guidance and L’Eau Papier which work so well on me. On the other hand I usually love Orange Blossom and did not like O’ Feminin. I do agree with you on BDK 312.
I bought my first Amouage perfume many years ago , I have several perfumes from them and I love them . I don’t have Guidance I only tried it , I don’t like it at all . I can’t understand hype about it . I’m in love with Purpose .
I tried Marley at airport and again .. why ? It’s absolutely terrible scent.
Between I wouldn’t buy Guidance also because of all these IG people . They just destroy exclusivity of these scents .
Guidance wasn't a love for me. And another RUclipsr who loves the note of rice also said it was fleeting on L'eau Papier. I appreciate honesty, so thank you for your honest opinion on all these fragrances. I found it very helpful and will subscribe❤
Guidance is so curious to me. I have a sample and have only tried it on paper because I found it truly repulsive. I even had to take out the garbage because it made my kitchen smell from just throwing away the paper strip!
I wonder if on another day it might be different, and if I tried it on skin. I’m seriously scared to do so though 😅
Hi Noura! I own a full bottle of O’ Feminin. I just love it and I wasn’t crazy about orange blossom in the past either. I have 5 official samples of guidance, each 2ml. I find the fragrance so potent, that I prefer the smaller sprayers that release less perfume per spray. 3 sprays are enough. I love it that way, in small doses. I could never get through a full bottle, and I’m still on my first sample vial after several wears.
I am definitely going to try sunkissed goddess now. If I like it I’ll wait till I can get it at a discount.
I love Ingenious Ginger. Is the perfume that I crave the most in my collection and I’m thinking of getting another bottle. Guidance is unique and quirky but I’m still arguing about it with myself if I like it or not. Performance is top notch but overwhelming. Leau papier smell like paper and musk and if I use my imagination I kind of smell the rice🤔 A true skin scent but also fleeting.

Ingenious ginger to me is a light airy version of Ani for warmer weather.
I agree with your L'eau Papier review. I wanted way more of the sesame! it was just a tease. If they had amped up that one it would be something special.
A good sesame fragrance that you really gets the note in the opening and dry down is Mr. Thompson by Penhaligon’s. It’s a very nice fragrance.
If you want a beautiful sesame fragrance, get Givenchy L'interdit Rouge! It's stunning. ❤❤

I love your take on perfumes. Personally I really dislike guidance. I had to wash all my clothes twice to get rid of the scent. I felt so nauseous. However, the love delight is a love for me. But the price is not for me. If I find it on sale, I will buy it. Otherwise not. I also love Altair ❤️
I blind bought L'Eau Papier... I force myself to wear it since I bought it. Its not bad it's just memorable to me. It taught me to not blind buy anymore, I would have never purchased a full bottle if I had tested it first.
I LoVe L'eau Papier. First time I wore it out I got a compliment from a stranger. We shared interest in fragrances . That person was able to identify it. He said it reminds him of his sister because she wears it too.

To me Narcotic Delight is not so cherry. I do not like cherry perfumes and I do absolutely love this one. I also love Love Delight from Amouage but not in love with Guidance.Ingenious Ginger is amazing! I love it! I am also thinking to buy St Honore, I love it too but I am not sure yet. Tom Ford is really terrible and somehow medicinal. Love your earrings by the way!

I agree with you on Guidance, I’ve purchased two travel size samples, but I don’t love smelling it on myself all day.
I do like Sparkling Lychee a lot, I also love that we all have such unique tastes !
Guidance is my signature scent. Ingenious Ginger does not work at all on my skin, although I love the brand.

Hi Noura, it was good to get your impressions of a good list of new releases! I agree with your description on so many! I have sampled 8 from your list & as a result I purchased full bottles of Narcotic Delight (although, it’s not my favourite Initio) & Ô Feminin 🤍 I always always sample before buying & especially with Amouage. My sample of Love Delight is en route I am very curious about this one as the perfumer created my favourite fragrance. Althair was not for me for the exact reasons you described as was Guidance. You’re spot on! Great video, thank you 🤍
