Nonostante questo, negli anni ’ 50, Les Paul ne fece un plagio clamoroso, pretendendo che fosse un suo componimento originale. Anche sono stati avvertiti in merito i Vya con Dios continuano ad attribuire il pezzo a Les Paul.
