It used to be a hotel so there were limitations with what could be done to the layout. The toilet set up wasn’t intentional…in order to fit both, the deep soaking tub and the comfortable size shower, they had to get creative 😜
As intriguing as the home is in some ways, what stands out is that the ceilings are too low--much too low--for an upscale property. They are a remnant of arrogant and fatuous postwar modernist minimalism that seems (secretly) motivated by parsimony and results in pettiness. Reminds one of the German term "karg." My humble bungalow in Albany Park has loftier ceilings, among other significant advantages.

The ironing board is genius.
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO YOUR MOTHER ANDREI AND TO ALL THE MOTHERS OUT THERE 💐

Sets the bar high for other properties.
Dope 👍🏽

Its a little cramped. Toilet in the shower is a bit of a strange choice. Also, they went overboard with the Calacutta marble

Does it come with class IV body armor?
Beautiful space but man that kitchen is absolutely tiny, no counter space at all. Sad for $1m
I'm a buyer at $650K.
