All you need
potato cut into cubes 1
drumsticks 3
salt
water
coconut oil 1 tbsp
chopped onion 1
chopped tomato 1
chopped green chilli 5
For grinding
coconut 1 cup
turmeric 1/4 tsp
coriander powder 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
For tempering
coconut oil 1tsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
uluva seeds 1/4 tsp
curry leaves
Method
Cook potato with salt and water. When potato is half cooked ,add drumsticks and cook. Heat coconut oil in a pan, saute onion, tomato and green chilli.
Take a chatty, add grind coconut paste to chatty. Heat chatty, adding cooked potato and drumsticks. Add sauteed onion mix. Cover and cook for few minutes. Remove chatty from fire. Temper mustard and uluva in coconut oil. Add curry leaves and add to curry.
