Ayy Din Tai Fung! We have similar routines, I tend to workout 5 days a week M-F. When I WFH, I like putting together a vermacelli bowl: vermacelli noodles, grilled pork and shrimp, shredded carrots and cucumbers, beansprouts. Sometimes eggrolls. I make the sauce that goes with it(nuoc nam I think?) and its so light to eat at home while working! I also just bake chicken and veggies with rice on the side. I need a good amount of protein so it helps out a lot. Thankfully I had my standups at 11:30am since I'm EST now... used to have it 8:30am and that was a struggle... My friend also works for Amazon in Seattle and he's always on call. Though I don't think you two are on the same team lol. He gets paged throughout the night sometimes and it gives him anxiety.
For my opinion as we both are introverts I know for a fact it's alot better working from home than working at the office less stress, less distractions, you have you're own space by working at home. If I'm taking IT jobs differently working at home

I had a life very similar to this one for two years (albeit much less healthy and with much less guidance from my TLs) but on a Customer Support role for a B2B tech company. And I felt lonely af after a few weeks. Did anyone have a similar experience? How did you cope?
Frankly, most of the time, I really love being alone and doing things alone.. I'm one of those alone but not lonely ppl. But I understand where you are coming from. I try to just keep myself busy and do run errands with a friend when i want company. I hope this helps in any way!
I personally don't. I think I have too many hobbies/interests outside of software development that I want to prioritize when I'm not working. I know a lot of developers do tho.

I tried making vermicelli bowl at home too! Though, I found that I can't make the sauce well and it didn't taste the same 😢
