I am a tea person. I had a problem in Europe, because everyone drinks coffee, but they have a kettle, so they pulled it for me and a nice set of tea bags, although I prefer loose leaves.

as a current SDE intern, this was really cool to see you debugging for a large part of the day. Sometimes i feel like i should be able to debug quicker. it's hard. How long would you say is a good amount of time to spend debugging before asking for help?
In general, it's important to spend a reasonable amount of time debugging independently to build resilience and problem-solving skills. However, if you find yourself spending an excessive amount of time without making significant progress or if the issue has a critical impact on your work, it's perfectly fine to reach out for help

First and foremost, the pay is great and provides financial security for me and my family. Additionally, I find the work itself to be very fulfilling and I take pride in what I do. I also really enjoy the opportunities for learning and growth within the company, which keeps me motivated and engaged. :)

great vlog! do you have any suggestions for how to get started in working on AI projects?
Great question! I have limited experience with ML/DL (only worked on school projects before) though.
- First I would say learn Python since it is a popular programming language for AI development.
- Then learn the basics of Machine Learning: Andrew Ng's "Machine Learning" course on Coursera is a highly recommended starting point.
- Learn Frameworks and Libraries such as TensorFlow. With the current chatGPT trend, maybe it's also worthwhile to look into LLM.
- Regarding projects, I know there are a lot on Kaggle and github.
Really liked your video. Can you tell me on which tech stack you majorly work on? Btw did you like the Chicken Kathi Roll? It is a very famous dish in India.

You should see my life as a software engineer in a startup. I need to wear so many hats. I am a Developer, Tester, DevOps, Technical Writer and IT. The only way to be an excellent software engineer is to work hard, get out of your comfort zone (learn new things) and take any opportunities present (take new challenges and risks) without kissing your superior asses or step on your coworker's toes. I got promoted in one year doing that and had a lot of respects from my peers and the CEO.
That sounds very interesting! I’ve never personally worked at a startup before and it’s good know that you get more flexibility in terms of what you choose to work on.
