I'm so swamped with work that I am now playing catch up! This bike is going to be incredible my Friend. So looking forward to the continuing videos and watching the progression as it inches ever closer to completion. Keep up the awesome work!! Cheers my Friend! Zip~
I just watched all of your xj650 build videos. I just started ripping my 85 xj 700 apart today and was looking up tutorials on Carbs and ran into your videos. Man I Love the build love the bike love the cinematography. Keep up the awesome work and I'm looking forward to hear you fire that beast of a machine up for the first time!
it's gonna be gorgeous! The welding of the pipe looks amazing! If I was you, I could probably not wait for getting the engine start ^^... And as you said, It's complicated to get parts at the moment... Hope you can still move forward on other things ;-) Keep going the good work ;-) !
Exhaust looks mint pal. I would consider a small bracket on the back end of the pipe to support it, otherwise it will be a lot of weight hanging and vibrating on the head studs.
Already planned to 😁 the amount of people i had shouting at me because i put pods on, once i can get it fired up, im going to take my time to tune it properly
Not gonna lie, confused on the exhaust, been watching this build and would love to get that same header as you have for my XJ750 build....maybe I'm just blind but don't see link for the chunk you pre-bought
Love the out of the box manufacturing. Great look! My ears are itching to hear the exhaust :). Will the db killer make much of a difference sound-wise?

I can't believe how many times you spoke about showing some tip without cracking up! :D :D looks cool man, 3D metal printing is a cool technology.
Wanna see my tip?
I’m a simple man. I see an XJ build video, I like.
Great shot of the XJ at 3:29, editing superb as usual 👍
Thanks bud!
That exhaust tip is looking great! Nice use of 3D printing.

Agreed. I learnt the hard way with my CB125's exhaust!
Very nice
what happened? did you finish the bike? does it run? I don´t need sleep. I need answers! great job btw
What forks are you using on this build? Can you pls let me know?
Get a Dynojet kit for the CV carbs. That engine responds well to jet kit & pipe.
