    Hi am from UK and I plan to go in 2022 if the corona virus situation has settled. Thank you for making this video its helpful to me as im researching about going. I was wondering did you have to get Health Insurance? and could you do it through the university and how much did it cost?

    • @hanappoi
      @hanappoi  3 года назад

      Hi there! Ahh fingers crossed everything gets better soon and we can all pursue our dreams asap! You're so welcome~ I'm so happy to hear it was helpful! 💕 In terms of health insurance, I was lucky enough that I was offered free health insurance through my university with AIG. They were really great (I actually had an operation while in Korea) so I recommend checking them out! Depending on how long you're going and whether you plan to travel a bit while you're out there, travel insurance that covers medical could also be something to look into? I'm so sorry I can't be more helpful/specific with this! 😭 But I wish you all the best~~~~ and please let me know if you have any other questions! :D

    I am trying to decide between Yonsei and Sogang and i think i want to go for Sogang, but the thing that puts me off is that like you, i love my sleep... and so i really want to do the afternoon course. And i know that you said there is the KAP program, but since i am not planning to study later on, would this class be ill-fitted for my purpose, do you think? I just want to learn conversational Korean and be able to understand films/tv better... :D

    • @hanappoi

    As far as i've heard, the KAP is for academic, that if you want to study a program later at their Uni then you choose that, otherwise the other one. I also thought about taking the afternoon one, But, I dont plan to study a program there lateron

    Hi Hana, I know this video is 3 yrs old now, and also asks the same question at your older video, I am just wondering with regards to the levels, do you complete one level at a time? So only studying only one level for 10-weeks? Can you do possible do Level 1&2 or Levels 1-3 in 10-weeks or in one semester? How could I potentially skip Level 1 since I feel like it would be a very slow Level?

      I think they are still accepting students but! All the classes will be online for the foreseeable future which may have an effect on your decision?
      It might be better to wait for 2022 because then the classes might be in person again and you can really enjoy your time in Korea! 🥳 Also something important to look into: Korea has banned entry from some countries (like the UK and South Africa) and depending on the situation when you apply, you should make sure Korea is accepting flights from your country!
      I hope this is all helpful? 💖

I’ll be moving back to Seoul in February 2022 on an E2 visa to continue my teachings. I really want to make Korean my second language because I have aspirations to become an entrepreneur someday. So my question is can I enroll into the language program while being on an E2 visa? If so I’ll be attending the 9 am - 1pm session because I’ll be teaching elementary students from 3-10pm (crazy I know). I hope you can help me find my answer if not thank you so much for your time! Hi! Aww I hope you had a lovely time with your family 💕 as far as I'm aware, you can take classes as long as you don't enrol in a full length program at a university - so I think a language class should be fine since they do it term by term?
