I just found your videos tonight. You have some unusual tips, very useful. I see no videos posted more recently than 3 months. I hope you haven't quit. You have really creative ideas.

Thanks for all the 'how to' tips for the tricky bits. I'm drawing a chart in my sewing journal for reference. Thanks agsin!

I hope you can help. Even with accurate measurements, pattern correct size and adjusted appropriately, I have again got stuck with 'fitting'. I know my sewing will never be perfect, so when do I stop fussing? Thank you for all you do to help us stitchers. 😍

Aww Kerstin, I totally feel your pain! It feels like wading through porridge sometimes, doesn't it?! If it helps, I offer one-to-one sessions in person or via zoom- you might only need one session to sort out the little niggles. Alternatively, I am running an online fitting course in May (skirts & trousers) and June (Bodices) where you'll be able to really hone in on the basic blocks and get the fit perfect! I do plan to create some general fitting videos, but it's hard to teach it in a broad sense, because everyone's bodyshape is so different. If you're interested in chatting about tuition, my email is hello@finamakes.co.uk and I'd love to chat to you xoxo

Hi, I have been trying to make a fitted bodice for more than 6 months now. My upper bust is 6” smaller than my full bust and waist is 5” smaller than my upper bust. Can you please help me draft a basic fitted bodice?

Hiya :) I totally understand your frustration! There are a few ways I can help. Do you already have a bodice block and you need to fit it? It's not always necessary to start from scratch, and I have a 3 part series on how to customise an existing bodice block to fit you here: www.google.com/search?q=finamakes+youtube&oq=finamakes+youtube&aqs=chrome..69i57.4147j0j4&client=ms-android-xiaomi-rvo3&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8#
If you would like some more tailored advice, then keep an eye out on Friday, I have some exciting news! Make sure you're subscribed so you get notifications :) xoxo

@@thecreativecouturestudio Hi Fina, thanks for your reply. I am a beginner. I have never purchased a pattern. I would like to draft a bodice block based on my measurements. So I can learn more. It would be really helpful if you could address my problems. I have subscribed to your channel because I like your way of teaching. I’m waiting for the new video. ❤️
