Awww sweetie!! I am watching this a year after you were in the hospital and my heart is just hurting for you. I can't believe that nurse gave you the wrong meds!!! Does she not understand how dangerous that is?!?!!! Stay strong girl! ❤ ya!
Yes, if you don't chew on something your teeth will hurt. I haven't had a tube, but i found this out through the eating disorder. Chewing gum is your friend, but it starts saliva in your stomach and that can make you feel sick with gastroparesis (something i also found out incidentally).....so try to balance it out. Hang in there xoxoxo
My fav thing about coming home is getting all clean and sorting my room and getting my life is check!! 😂💗

So so happy that you're home 😊❤
So pleased your home chick!! One question; how an earth to your tolerate those flushes so quickly!!😂 💗
Evie Stanway I can tollerate the 5mls and 10mls pretty well but anything over that I struggle with aha xx
Omg I totally hate that! I am deathly allergic to sulfa antibiotics and even though it is on my allergy list, that put a red allergy band on my arm and the idiot was seriously looking at my allergies While asking me what I was allergic to had an ER doc prescribe a sulfa antibiotic (extremely strong one as well) and thank God the pharmacy was on the ball cuz the name of it didn't say anything that identified it as a sulfa and it was one I hadn't ever heard of! Oof sometimes med issues and needs get overlooked and there is no reason for it especially when they, like you said, have the info right in front of them.
for the first few months of me being on ondansatron i called it ondondondonstonton because if i couldn't get it right at least i could make it funny
I never knew that what she was saying is what I am FINALLY on. It took.about 6 months of nausea and some vomiting before my dr decided to prescribe it. Thank goodness for a med aide, I know mentioning the uses that it works well with. I have weird health issues one is, that my intestinal tract takes forever to pass my food to waste. It maybe from having EDS? I am not sure. I take a med to speed up the absorption. If I can't get the food to move or if I eat to fast, I throw up. I was told I have gastritis, which it doesn't mention it in the endoscope results The dr told me after I woke up that, thats what I have.. They did do biopsies. I guess my dr was expecting my gastritis to be from an infection..It came back negative.
@@celiaatkinson9621 It sounds like gastroparesis, your food isn't digesting like normal, it could be your stomach or other parts of your digestive system. I'd ask for a gastric emptying study to check the emptying times of your stomach xx
It's a common comorbidity with EDS
