I used to do the same for my in laws & brother-in-law (everyone) when we visited England. I Cooked some of my cultural food, first time I didn’t make enough because I thought they wouldn’t eat much but second time I cooked, I made more than enough, they ate in abundance & was able to take home for their lunch next day. Next time u guys might have to cook more….maybe “Supersize” it a bit. I am pretty sure Sarah’s brother would have enjoyed a whole pan, all of it, lol. He liked it so much at one point he didn’t even answer you Sarah lol.
