Those tacos look so good! They remind me of the tacos I get in East Los Angeles in California. Fun fact, East L.A. has the highest percentage of Mexicans in the entire United States. It’s 91% Mexicans. It’s a wonderful area of Los Angeles that everyone needs to visit. It’s historic and the people are wonderful there in the community.

Tejeda looks like the kind of atmosphere I'd love.... local food, cheap and not on the beaten (aka: crowded tourist) path. I never quite understood American tourists going to MX and only "hiding out" in the all-inclusive resorts. Never having to leave the property, ouside of any "tourist attractions" from a tour bus with a guide. More fun to see how they live and I can imagine us living there too. If/When we move to MX, we'll probably spend at least 1-2 yrs. traveling around, seeing and tasting the sites of each area. Indeed, a beautiful country.

Lately my wife and I rent a car from the airport and drive around our vacation destination exploring all the cool places to visit. After returning the car we take the bus like the locals and enjoy meeting residents, sampling the finest local cuisine and cool cantinas. We like good tequila. The resorts are beautiful but the soul of a town is in its residents. Que tu suenos te lleven a la vida que te haga feliz.

Healthcare topics and how they work make for great videos especially on channels where people are considering moving to that country.

Tripas are the milk gut of the cow. They are not the excrement intestines. That is something else. So tripas only have milk running through them, hence the milky flavor. Jordan you guys look so happy together. Makes me smile.

Jordan, you look great! Removing the facial hair is looking good, along with the super haircut! (shown at end of video) I like the idea of doing shorter videos, focused around an activity.
