    Did you love this recipe? I like adding onions and tomato in my Tombö. But it's not in the original recipe. How do you make yours?

    Nice!! We eat this in Ghana too. Goes well with boiled yam 😋😋😋

    Why do you add baking soda ??

      Baking soda gives it the taste it needs. Without the baking soda, it becomes a regular eggplant stew. Whereas when you add the baking soda it becomes Tombö. I hope that helps

    Baking soda 😮😮😮😮
