I love how you cut the tricky part like it's nothing :) "attach your bungee to the plastic cleat there ..." CUT "and once you're done ...." I still can't figure out how to do that :)
Not sure how you go the bungie on the cleat so quick. Would not go in, so my solution was to get a pair of crescent pliers. Pulled the bungie along the side and then over the top of the cleat and held it there with the pliers griping the top and bottom of the cleat. Held the pliers tight and turned them to face upward so the cleat side/track was on its side facing up. Gave it a bit of tension and then pushed the bungie into the track with the head of a screwdriver. Had to trim away a bit of bungie with a razor.

Impossible to get the bungie inside the cleat, even with max tension and you know it, that's why you cut that part out

What an idiotic system. The bungee will never get into the cleat, and you know it.
