Manny G How about a video of a what a fighter should eat on a regular day, not weight cutting, but exceptionally healthy with lots of protein and some of the good carbs for energy. Like on a week by week thing.
It'sDare as an amateur, I eat pretty much whatever when I'm not fight prepping. I don't get to crazy that I get a bad weight cut if that makes sense. Then again, I'm a genetic comodedy

This is basically what I meal prep. But as a tip from one fighter to another, consider substituting the olive oil for cooking spray or butter. Olive oil when heated up actually becomes quite detrimental to your health.
Lazarus not extra virgin olive oil. It's good to cook with olive oil, but the right organic ones.
using separate cutting boards but doesn't wash hands after grabbing the raw chicken; ultra fail at food safe.

Because i don't have much experience inside the kitchen and stuff like how much to cook it and how to do it its very important for me! just a suggestion, weigh the chicken after its cooked. because it will shrink as it cooks. so 6 oz raw is more like 4.5-5 oz cooked.
Raw will be accurate every time but cooked weight will vary depending on how its cooked

I've been trying to cut down to 170 ever since April. When i started the cut i lost 11 pounds in the first 5 weeks. After that i stayed at the same weight and didn't move an ounce. I'm currently at 176 btw.

Actually its saturated fat that is the precursor to test, healthy fats do help aswell, but without the saturated fat its not gonna do much for test. Also carbs with the meat actually will help increase test levels even further. The only problem is if you eat too much then add too much belly fat which will then lower test levels.
