Oooouuu. Interesting question! I never thought to compare the two. Texture wise: Saie is thicker and more gel like while rose inc is v watery on skin! They have similar sheer/light coverage but I do do think rose inc might have like the smallest amount more coverage with just one layer. I also think Saie is more moisturizing and and has a dewier finish!
As a dewy kinda girl I love your makeup. The blush spicy, mascara and the gel cream wow !! I’ll be checking those out
