I hear you can get rum extremely cheap there and it’s a favourite barter item with locals in remote areas-for anything you might need. Looking forward to seeing the footage.
I just got you listed with Why we Sail. They do shows on new Sailing Shows They have over a million subscribers This should help you Denny from Minnesota
Safe passage to Cuba guys. A couple quick questions about the PCR Covid test in St Maarten. What was the approx cost and how long did it take to get the results back? Cheers
Right now it's 60 us on the Dutch side, 40 eu on the French side and FREE at the drive-through medical clinic (not sure where this is) - the Dutch can be same day/next day reault
So, just wanted to ask which part of the autopilot software needed change? Just wondering because I have just started playing with raspberry pi’s and somehow NMEA & CAN buses piqued my interest especially when involved in navigation systems.
Watching your previous videos you have mentioned that you have a 44hp motor, a 40 gal fuel tank, and additional cans on deck (60 gal in total?). Assuming you aren't traveling against a strong current, how long would your fuel last if there was no wind? Ideally you can travel everywhere by sail but if you had to motor would this be enough to last you for the 5 day passage? Would you prefer a larger fuel tank or has this been sufficient in your travels thus far through the Caribbean?
We carry enough fuel to motor for about 4 days straight. Not the best way to sail... the deisel is our auxilary propulsion method and we try to run it as little as possible
Great vid ,enjoying the scenery from cold Ottawa.
Cuba is an awesome place to visit, the people are wonderful the scenery is top notch, but you have been there so likely know this. Enjoy.
Yes but we have not been to the South Coast - can't wait! Just passing San Juan Puerto Rico now

We hacve a raymarine autopilot. The response time was the issue- working great now!
