That's a real scrambler, review please :)
Review of my CBR?! Ha, OK, no problem, I will do that, stay tuned :)
MotoGeo cant wait!!!
G3cwb certain
@@motogeo Did the review video ever happen?
A lot of good motorcycle programs out there, but this is the one that inspires me to go out for a ride. Thanks.
Yes! So brilliant! :)
Your passion is addictive.......I NEED to get out on the road!!!
yes! Click by those miles
taking the mad-max bike to what looks like a place straight out of the movie! haha cool stuff
dainjahrus Please do I review on this crazy cbr600rr! What a bike!
Now this is the sort of motorcycle video adventure I'm talking about Jamie! Proper enjoyable watch, camping out, fire, ripping up the roads...excellent!!
Brilliant video, made even better by riding an unconventional bike for this kind of setting. California City sounded so fascinating, I had to look it up and read more about it. Never even heard about it before.
Holy shit, that CA city place is CRAZY! I've never seen anything like that. I need to go there! Very very cool, and also love the bike of choice, lol.
No point trying to escape from that prison.
I love the Kriega luggage set up with the fuel and water cells.
Outstanding video.
Thanks for bringing back the Dionysus CBR 600RR!
The pleasure was all mine! :)
As always never fail to entertain Jamie. I'd never heard of California city before looked an absolute goldmine for trail riding.
I really enjoy how u work so much history in the story telling. One of many things that set ur Vlog apart and is the "gold standard" of vlogs imho. I watch one a day usually. Trying to ration them. Lol
that, my friend, is one badass adventure bike.
More Dionysus adventures! That bike can do anything.
More???? Really????!!! .....
Yes of course. It's a brilliant idea. All the capability of an adventure bike with supersport performance and cool mad max styling. I want to do the same to my zx6r.
Galloglass: If you think a 600cc super sport bike (modded for off-road) with 17" tubeless cast wheels will have all the capability of a proper off-road ADV bike you will be disappointed. Nonetheless, it's an awesome concept and apparently well executed in this video. I'd like to see more adventure videos featuring this bike too.
Love all your videos, but this one might be my favorite! Thanks Jamie!
Another great film. Beautiful visuals, a great story. Well done, Jamie and team.
I'd like to see a behind the scenes video, showing the prep and camera team, set up, etc.
Behind the scenes eh? OK, I'll do something next time we filming and show you all :)
Awesome content, as always!
And I've been thinking of turning my GS500 into a scrambler for a while...I think you just made my desicion easier!
Do it! :)
Id love to see you all do a document on Leavenworth Washington. Amazing roads and such beautiful scenery here.
That black cat was big ahah
I CAN'T BELIEVE you too use the clif bars, I've discovered them in October 2016!
Jamie, one of your best video IF NOT the best, is the Mongolia trip.
That was probably your best video, and I am sooo eager to see another masterpiece like that.
That video really made me travel with my mind.
Nice to see as much fun can be had on a home built bike as a something new. Well done. Videos like this are inspirational... Keep up the great work.
Thanks buddy! :)
Absolutely brilliant video! What a cool adventure, amazing places and sights to stumble over. Love it!
Nice one. Seems like you liked the desert as much as I did when I was down there in February - no motorcycle, though. I hit the Death Valley area, the Mojave, and Joshua Tree national preserve. Now I want to get back down there again and do some off-road exploring. Not sure I'd go with the same choice of bike, though, lol.
Wonderfully shot! My favorite shot 11:09
there is never a shot where you give that CBR any mercy........ keep up that great work mate!!
Thanks dude! Revving that bike is so much fun! :)
Great video again. You've inspired me to get back on 2 wheels after a 25 year hiatus. Going out on a ride with a couple of mates tomorrow to get that burger that you were denied.
Sop awesome to read! :) Thanks for sharing your story.
Fantastic riding place
There's no such thing as "road to nowhere"- it's always a road to adventure ;)
Great Video! Thanks. You are blessed
Wow, never heard of California City before. Incredible, like a post apocalyptic town.
Should have popped over the hills into Randsburg for a burger! Its a cool little town nestled out in the hills of nowhere!
Wow. This must be one of my absolute Favorite videos on RUclips. 10 out of 10!! Ha ha ha bosozoku man. You need some gang members for the zoku😂 You're my hero. Drive slow brow.
The editing and camera work is so amazing on your videos :) People would think you have a whole production team out there with you. You should have your own show on Discovery with a crew to assist you :D
Maybe one day....
Maybe one day....
Another great adventure vid, cheers Jamie! 🤘
Thanks man! :)
dehydrated just from watching the desert.
also,good video!
It's amazing how you live and travel the world on motorcycle, beyond our passion for motorcycles your videos inspire to live, give that feeling of freedom. Greetings from Mexico, I hope you return soon and allow the opportunity to meet you.
This was some proper Mad Max shit, including the motorcycle! Wow dude! Truly epic! Now I need to watch Road Warrior again! Haha 👍
Wonderful video Jamie, thanks!
#bucketlist
thx for the amazing video. super location. unfortunately we do not have a dessert or even one single dirt road in Switzerland. So be happy :)
I got so much california exploring to do! this video makes me want to turn my yamaha raider into an adventure bike
Enjoyed your video, thanks for the adventure
Nice one Jamie, excellent as usual !!
Luv the themes in your rides, Jamie. Never about the bike because you can take these rides on any kind of bike with the right mindset. Now, when are you putting some TKC's on that Beast???
Cheers man, yes, almost any motorbike can handle a bit of off-road, mindset also important, TKC's...hmmm :)
Fantastic Adventure
thumbs up
It's cool your always off-roading something not for off-road like the aprilla supermoto and 600rr. Cool video looks like a place where my xr650r can stretch its legs at full Baja boogie speed.
@motogeo nice setup on the bike.. I'm actually building one myself.. Got a 82 honda vf500 which is 85% done. Hope to do some of the stuff you did..
Awesome drone work!
damm now i want to turn my cbr600rr into an adventure bike
Yes!! I love 600's, so light and fast! But I also love adventures and dirt-riding..... so the adventure CBR was born! :)
Do it.... Ha
Honda CBR600XR
Enviable way of life
Take care
Medel
at last! it's been a while since your last adventure 😄 kind of busy, I guess?
great video like always, and I love your bike!
waiting for your new adventure videos then! 😄
I m so jealous of you Jamie & I love your videos 👍
holy banana... you guys realy know how to make these videos!! very impressive! How the heck did you get that good??
You want to get a 'Stop N Go' tyre plugging repair kit, much better than the slime tins on a puncture! :)
16:15 Jamie begins his bed bug adventure!
Not an ADV guy but so glad I subbed so long ago, these vids are pretty dope.
Cheers bud, there is nothing better than creating your own adventure, ride free :)
Dionysus = Perfection
Yes, I agree, but I am a little biased, ha. ;)
Hello!!! Big fan of your videos! I was wondering, some of the shots you took on the road, did you have a companion travelling with you to take some of those shots?
Fantastic!
breathtakingly place just wow😲
Great adventure
Jesus Christ what a video, my all time favorite
nicely done.
excellent video very interesting
What an awesome adventure, can I join you on the next one plz xoxox?
What tires are you using?
dude those crickets were already dead LOL
looks like a mad max machine! xD
is this dionysus?
awesome video
Watching for nth time what surprises me U used same machine in NFS how you attach saddle bags to your single seated cbr?
How did your honda transformation looked like? Do you have photos or maybe video, it looks nice bike, how much costs motorcycle like that? Tnx for answer
...kind of an odd bike to be off-roading isn't it? Still it also seems by way of saying "there's really no excuse you couldn't do this too no matter your ride"... Much thanks for all you do! BTW, "RideOn" is vastly better than Slime - and you apply the proper amount when your tires are first installed, ride for 30 minutes after application and you've a nice swath of protection inside the tire that stays put, even for months of just sitting... I can attest to this stuff on my R1200GS with 85,000 miles of demanding on and off road - I've gotten nail punctures, pulled the nail and kept riding until I could plug later...
please make a short review of the taste of those crickets, looks tasty tho.. haha
Ok now that I had bacon and eggs and watched Moto Geo 🇬🇧 going for a ride 👍
mad max jammie!
I enjoy watching your video, Jamie, but a little bit disappointed didn't see you biting a big burger pretty much every time of your episode.
I didn't think this was turning into a Bear Grylls episode. :P
Fascinating locale- seems though like a good place to get bush wacked, hog tied, and left to turn into a pile of bleached bones!!!
Tell me you didn't eat the cat please?! ;)
"Outsider" by the Ramones!
Did you have a GPS to get around in the desert and how did you convert a cbr600 to an adventure bike? Great footage as well!
Review coming soon, just used my phone for a rough location and trusted my instinct for the rest, there were the odd sign post which also helped.
a review would be nice.... but it would be even nicer if you had some pictures or film to put together a video from when building the cbr adveturebike...
Everything is here buddy: www.motogeo.com/cbr600rr-custom-rebuild/ :)
thanks...i must have missed that.... and thanks for an awesome channel.. if ever in sweden please let me know.
awesome!!!
So Jamie, at this point do you have 2 different sub frames for the CBR? I know it was in full single seat streetfighter configuration for a while but it looks like you have a more traditional subframe tail setup now? Love the videos
Yes, one adventure subframe/two-seater (Std sub-frame) and then a chopped down single sub-frame for solo riding and track. Thanks for watching!
Excellent, I was just planning out doing the same on my SV650. You are an inspiration to us all!
loved it
Crazy bike! Love it.
What sort of suspension, swingarm, sprocket, etc modifications have you made?
edit: Oops! It was in the description, www.motogeo.com/c1fe 😳
Do another vid with Bostrom too.
What do you think about turning a CBR 650F into an adventure bike? Great channel, I'm just finding it. I like the content. What tires do you use for off road? You scare me on that dirt haha.
And when you do review your CBR, could you do a gear review too? that tire pump and flat fix was interesting.
Sure mangled you like the show, please share and subscribe :). Yes, I'll showing review all. Cheers!
bear grylls with a bike! lol
Ilovemotogeo 🇵🇭
What are the mods on that 600 CBR and those side bags with the fuel? that seems like a great size to get around in. Please do a video on the bike.
Review coming soon, bags are by Kriega, fuel and water by RotoPax, Pannier loops by TouraTec, see description for links.
Thanks! Your adventures riding are awesome! Love the style of filming and story telling. Keep up the great work MotoGeo! :-)
What year is that 600RR Honda?
please do more Ducati Scrambler videos
Hi Jamie, I have to say that sometimes your video are a little bit boring but this one is AMAZING! You add a little bit of explanations of where you are and a little bit of history of what you're seeing. That's the key!
California City seems a really weird but unique place, like Slab city.
You should ride on the Carrizo plain in San Luis Obispo county, CA
Thanks! Will check out Carrizo Plain :)
The lack of delicious food on display is unexpected.
Promise I'll make up for it next time.....
that's crazy california. the capitalists would've made bad random developments there and they sort of installed some underground to move towards developing buildings. I wonder if native americans of the west were well familiar with that place and made their way through and around it! charming skyline too.
what does the writing on the tank say?
"CBR Adventure bike"... WHAaaAt?!
jamie is a fucking beast
like like like .
jami......you're living my dream,as much as im fan of you i still kinda hate you for it!
Ha, Don't hate, just share the inspiration :)
MotoGeo 😉
That prison is in gta 5
