Today I found 2 sad irons in someone's garbage today while walking my dogs. They are from Brockville Ontario. Very cool.

Absolutely what collection. I really like the steam irons of the 1950s and 1960s. Is there anyone out there who can repair them?

I love your story and your collection ! You need to catalog what you have on line in a database and write a book, with tonnes of photographs on the history of irons, and possibly their value. I would buy it in a quick minute. Great story.
