Semantic Analysis of the Terminology in the Holy Qur'an
The words used in the Holy Qur'an ! to describe : The Act-of-Sin :
    The Five (as follows) ...
    1. Dhanb, (plural : dhunub) :
Known as : a 'heinous sins' committed against Allah (swt).
    2. Ithm : (considered to be an) Unlawful Deed !
    *Which is committed intentionally.
    3. Khati'ah : (considered to be) a "Moral Lapse" or a "Mistake".
    4. Jurm : (often considered to be) a synonym of 'Dhanb'.
Example : the word 'Jurm' is used to describe some of the same sins:
"Crying lies of God" and not believing the signs of (God) Allah (swt).

In the Holy Qur'an, the word frequently appears in : the form of 'Mujrim',
(meaning one) who commits a 'Jurm' (crime).
For instance : These corrupt (selfish) individuals are described in the Holy,
Qur'an as : a 'Mujrim' and is known as the one who is arrogant towards,
    the believers (Muslims).
    Furthermore: Al-Quran : (83:29-32) ...
Behold, those who commit 'jurm' used to laugh at those,
who believed winking one at another when they passed them by,
and when they went back to their own fold, they returned jesting,
and when they saw them they used to say,
'Lo, these have indeed gone astray !
    5. Junah/Haraj : (similar meaning to that of 'Ithm' ) a sin that warrants,
a punishment. For example : these words are used almost interchangeably,
with 'Ithm' within the same Ayat's in the Holy Qur'an.
    For instance : Al- Quran : (02:235)
Likened to the word 'Ithm', these words (Junah/Haraj) are found frequently,
in the legislative portions of the Holy Qur'an. In fact, they particularly relate,
to the regulations regarding marriage and divorce.
Thus, consequently it is no sin (Junah) for you that you [indirectly] allude,
proposal of marriage to (recently widowed (Iddah stage)),
women or keep it to yourself.

Semantic Analysis of the Terminology in the Holy Qur'an
The words used in the Holy Qur'an ! to describe : The Act-of-Sin :
    The Five (as follows) ...
    1. Dhanb, (plural : dhunub) :
This is known as a 'heinous sins' committed against Allah (swt).
Example : "Crying lies of Allah's (swt) Signs", or one having excessive pride,
which prevents one from believing in the Signs of Allah (swt).
Al-Qur'an (03:15) : For instance : For in Allah's sight are (all) his servants,
(namely),those who say: 'Our Lord, we have indeed believed: forgive us,
then our sins ("dhunub"), and save us from the agony of the Fire.'
The use of the word 'Dhanb' here exemplifies that this type of Sin is punishable,
in the afterlife (Akhira). Thus, a 'great' Sin, (often used in the Holy Qur'an),
in contrast with 'Sayyi'a', (which testifies) as a 'smaller' Sin.
And so, in the Holy Qur'an, the Ayat's which states that if one avoids these great,
Sins. Then the lesser evil deeds or 'Sayyi'at' will be forgiven.
Therefore, Al-Quran (04:31) : If one avoids the greater Sins (Kaba'ir or Dhanb),
which is forbidden. Then one will be remit from one's evil deeds (Sayyi'a).
    2. Ithm, : (considered to be an) Unlawful Deed,
*Which is committed intentionally and so, this definition is in contrasts to,
'Dhanb' in that it can 'Dhanb' can be both intentional and unintentional.
However, the best description of the word (Ithm ) is based on the contextual,
situations, such as : in the Holy Qur'an. And so, the word 'Ithm' :
known as a (Unlawful Deed) is found quite frequently in legislative descriptions.
    Example : Al-Qur'an : (04:24-20).
It is said that, one who falsely accuses one's own wife in order to gain money is,
constituted, as an 'Ithm'. Furthermore : the word 'Ithm' is also used in connection,
with the Act-of-Haram, or is similar to committing an unlawful deed, a taboo.
For instance : such as : consuming food or drink that is forbidden by Allah (swt).
    Therefore : Al- Quran : (02:219) :
They will ask thee about wine and gambling.
Say, 'In both of them there is great sin (ithm) and also some uses for men,
but their sin is greater than their usefulness.'
On reflection : the word 'Ithm' is also associated with 'Shirk' and is considered,
the worst sin known to mankind. the Arabic word 'Shirk' signifies associating,
    partners with (God) Allah (swt).
For instance : the (following) 2 Examples in the Holy Qur'an :
Stating that: He who associates with God has surely forged a great sin (ithm).
    Al- Quran (04:53-50) :
This association with shirk is noteworthy for shirk is considered unforgivable,
    if not repented of. God Forgiveth not (the sin of) joining other gods to Him;
but He Forgiveth , whom He Pleaseth other sins that this:
one who joins other gods with God, hath strayed far, far away.
    Al- Quran (04:116).

The Heart of Islamic Law !
    Marriage Contracts and forced/consented Adultery.
As a Muslim 'Heartbreak' is a Blessing (for some) in Islam.
This is strange as some say 'heartbreak' is a Blessing, given it helps one grow.
As a result, a believer turns into a better, more powerful person as a Muslim.
Thus, a believer of Islam becomes as strong as a beast.
Prohibited for Beastly Man's Nature Marriages.
    Al-Qur'an :
˹Also˺ forbidden to you for marriage are your mothers,
your daughters, your sisters, your paternal and maternal aunts,
your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters, your foster-mothers,
your foster-sisters, your mothers-in-law, your stepdaughters under your,
guardianship if you have consummated marriage with their mothers,
-but if you have not, then you can marry them-nor the wives of your,
own sons, nor two sisters together at the same time
    -except what was done previously.
