Great review! I love how you're talking about it like it's your newborn baby. BTW, here's the translation of the backside of the tag: Handling Precautions: Please refrain from using bleach. Please wash this product separately. (Fullcount Co., Ltd.) Made in Japan.
Thank you so much for translating! I really appreciate that! I wish I had the knowledge to understand the written language so much 🤧 But yes these new Full Counts are my baby 😂! Thank you again!
I am Japanese. I have been wearing Full Count Denim 1108 for 2 years now. I'm thinking of buying 0105 this year. Full count denim is very nice. Thank you for the fun video!
Thank you my friend I really appreciate that for real! Feel free to give me any feedback that can help me even further improve if you have any! 😁 Thanks again!
The inseam overlock is indeed a Repro feature. Levi’s used overlock and single seam down the leg. Wrangler used the stronger dual inseam and also more belt loops than Levi’s. Wrangler were rodeo jeans.
Hey man, great video! I love your passion -- it's always awesome to stumble across creators I've not seen before put out so much content around raw denim. Quick question: did you experience much (if any) stretching with these jeans, particularly in the waist? I've been looking at buying this exact same pair and am a bit caught between sizes.
Hey man! Thanks you so much for your kind words, I really appreciate that more than you know. I try my best and these videos do take a lot of time and effort to make, but comments like these make it all worth it. In regards to the question you had, I actually sized up on these, so they are a bit big on the waist for me. With that being said, I sized down accidentally on a pair of TCB jeans which uses an almost identical fabric, and it was quite tight at first, but over time it did stretch a bit. With that being said though, the size up Full Counts for me are MUCH more comfortable. Hope this helps my friend!
@@AlejandroJomar The effort absolutely shows, mate. I'm excited to dig into your other videos! And thanks a ton for the insight, I guess I'm gonna size up haha.
I need help purchasing my 1st pair of Japanese denim. I would like to invest in a high quality pair of jeans and I am not sure which brand to go for. I would like to go for the super wide look to keep up with the modern look or one inspired by WWil or any war time Jean - but wider look. I really like the Oni 222 Low Tension 15oz super wide - but it's sold out everywhere!! Then I came across the wide pair by Fullcourt 0105 13.7oz. My question is - are Fullcourt of same quality and built as Oni? Is 13.7oz lesser built quality than a 15oz pair of jeans? Should I be going for the heavier materials like 15+ oz? Do they both use the same quality indigo coloring and attention to details? Are there other brand that offer the wide look of these two I should be looking at? Any other brands you recommend in general or are these two brands one of the top ones?
@@sf2explus184 do you know where I can find the LVCs? I feel like it’s so hard to find them on my end 😢 also I think my Sugar Cane Hawaiis are based off the 1947a. I actually really like that fit if that’s the case
@@AlejandroJomar yh i find the 47 gives a slight flared effect as the thighs are slim and straight all the way down. I am lucky im based in London and get my LVC from American classics store, known for vintage style denims, they aslo stock TCB. Where are you based? i only know of the top stores in London.
@@sf2explus184 I am based in New York, but every Levi’s store I have been to has told me they don’t stock LVC and they are unsure where I can get them. All they sell is the lower quality main line. 🥲 Maybe I have to go your route and find them at more specialty stores 👀
