You are very correct in saying that budget is very important. Yes, for me, more than the number of rooms, budget is important. In a few years I am looking forward to retire. I need to fund the whole project without any loan. I am immigrant who successfully sent all my kids through university and now I want to retire without the worry of loans. As you can see, I have already started to study and learn about all the avenues I have to retire financially loan free. Thank you.
