Where is the 711 located? is it in the basement?

To my knowledge, there's one on Level 1 and another on Level 4. The 7-Eleven we visited is right next to the blue guardian statue in the Level 4 departures area.

Is that the only lounge near that gate?

I'm honestly not sure. I was pressed for time and went to the first lounge I found on my way to the E gates. The last time I departed from Suvarnabhumi, I visited the Miracle Lounge, but that was near the D gates.
