number 7 is so incredibly important, that is definitely a common denominator among those I know who suffer chronic depression that being relying heavily on processed and junk food as their main source of food .. hope your week has been a great one
Bed routine (wake up time or get to bed at the same time too) to help curb down the insomnia listen to guided breathing /meditation it will in the wrost case a bit of brain relax (as meditation do mimick some phase of sleep). Meds prep and a separate container for the as needed meds. My breakfast are basically always the same. For rebuilding exercises those stretch band can help improve the stamina, when exausted by whatever (got chronic stuff depress, physical pain and fatigue) I want to thank you as these advice are also valid to manage physical condition too. It's all stuck in the same body so mental health vs physical health they do go together
