Totem Dollar is known as the "Death Dollar" I have a video on it awhile back. Nice you got the 5oz coin in a 69 ;) I am actively seeking the 2023 16mm silver dollar ATM... it might be a big purchase before x-mas... gotta get me some new tires too so we will see. Hi Jack I don't think I did mention the links just added them for the giggles. Numista is a great source for coin collectors. You always have to worry about counterfeits So I do try to buy from trusted sources... This being said sometimes you are looking for something specific and you have to look outside the box. I do have a video called "Places to Purchase Gold and Silver in Canada" If you like to check it out. It has a bunch of links to the sites I use often with free shipping requirements (that may be a little dated on a few places). Typically good places to purchase include mint.ca, silvergoldbull.ca, TD precious metals site (preciousmetals.td.com), CIBC (You must have a bank account and access via the app, FYI TD has a bigger selection), aubullion.com, Sprottmoney.com, ect. Other less trusted sites may include things like ebay or facebook market place (but be very wary of what you buy & make sure its a trusted seller with lots of previous sales and a good rating). Bunch more sites in the video ;) No matter where I get my coins from I always verify a few things: Diameter (Some times Thickness If I dont mind my calipers touching the face of the coin & possibly scratching it), Weight, Diamagnetic Properties (on a silver slide of my making), Design vs. Known Counterfeits, & if possible I test if its silver via a Scratch test and Acid (Cant do that on anything that has a numistic value with out lowering the value). I am not rich enough for a Sigma yet. This all being said if the price is too good to be true... It probably is fake. Silvertowne products are frequently counterfeited just an FYI to look out for. I just got the 2019 Back to Concept set of two 2 ounce coins, one being the original voyageur design, which has enhanced northern lights. The other is the 25 cent caribou. I'll send you a PDF.
I saw them in the PDF already... I'm so jelly of your 2023 fractional set. I would pay for the 16mm what you paid for the entire set ;) I am JELLLY! I got my concept art one awhile back & it did come at a good price compared to currant prices.... But probably still more than you paid ;) Once again SO JELLY! lol Thanks for watching my man.
