sending love from Brisbane ❤
Love and strength to you. May you be blessed with daily memories of the happiest times you spent with your boy x
Absolutely loved this. Also love that you sit back after you’ve asked your question and let Mo talk. No rushing. Loved it!
Thanks so much glad you enjoyed x
I resonate so much with Mo, my son passed at 6 years old. Every single day I am grateful that I can breathe. The simplest of things we take for granted.
Oh my gosh Abbey what a treat to see you and Mo together! I am also one of his biggest fans, so when you were saying that I know exactly what you mean. He's had such a profound impact on my life over the past couple of years, which is another testement to Ali touching so many lives❤. You did a great interview btw. As his biggest fans, we know so much about him already, so it was interesting to see how well you balanced doing a kind of intro interview for people who haven't come across him before, and also teased out out fresh angles. And you expressed the thoughts and questions around grief that I've always wanted to ask him but can't quite grasp - thank you!!
Making best use and value of our minutes. Great advice, fantastic podcast. 🙏 ❤
Loved this and needed it so much! Cannot wait for your next episodes!♥️
Thank you so much!!
Retitle as;
Material girl meets grounded couple.
The interviewed couple individually accepted the death of a loved one, (son/sister) while A, worries about what her new floor at home should look like. Mo and Alice never once interrupted or criticised each other.
Life lesson right there, nailed for many of us.
@HoneyHoops-ig9ws May your God make you kinder!
Wow Ab I’m already a fan of the crouch therapy but this is so powerful and so different I love it just as much. I have a new addiction. Well done you should be proud x
Absolutely brilliant! As someone who lost their dad a few years ago, the way he talks about grief is fantastic! It’s made me look at how I feel in a totally different way! Xxx
Mo is a very wise man ,beautiful soul , would I be forgiving if anything like that happened to my daughter or grandkids probably No ,my life would be finished, Mo is a lot stronger than me 💔
Abbie this was a fantastic interview, loved listening to Mo and you had the right amount of questioning and listening. Thankyou both❤
Loved this podcast, Ab! this is what the world needs to hear, so inspiring 🙌 🤍
I know let's all become unstressable x
I’ve always had anxiety as a result of trauma. Since listening to this repeatedly I have now learned how to manage my emotions, anxiety and mindset and letting go of control and worry gradually. Absolutely as you would say, incredible x x
This is great, I've been harbouring guilt that I didn't save my Nan after poor surgery she received. I think it's time to accept it wasn't my fault and that the surgeon made a mistake.
yes Abi you go girl ❤❤️🔥🙌🏼 really like your style Abi 👏🏽 you’re fun too so it helps people understand the messages. I look forward to seeing how you progress 🙌🏼 accepting things you can’t change and we have a duty to carry on for our loved ones. ‘The world is full of so many wonderful things we should all be happy as kings’. We only have first world problems
What a powerful podcast and message, Abi you are inspirational, there needs to be more positivity in the world and this podcast is a great start! thank you for sharing your passion with us, I definitely feel more positive and aspired to do more after listening to this pod. Abi, well done. What a great first podcast. Wow. I needed to hear this today. Life affirming stuff 🙏🙏🙏💕💕💕
Loved this episode and hearing Mo speak. I just took the test and have 32% stress. Abbies scores are crazy high! Love the practical tips, just need to start practicing
I love seeing this serious side to Abbey. Therapy Crouch is her funny, laid back side and this is very much her showing that she has depth
Thank you Abby, brilliant podcast….., look forward to listen to the next one
A very interesting man he explains what happens when someone you love dies, it’s indescribable.
I loved this episode so much
Honestly that has helped me tremendously . I'm a father of a 2 year old little girl and I suffer with health anxiety for her. She's fit and healthy but all I think about is something going wrong , after listening to this I'm going to just think positively. Thank you !
Glad this helps. Thanks for watching x
Abbie really enjoyed 😊
So many insights and nuggets of knowledge - a great interview Abbey - congratulations!
I had never heard of your guests but wow what people and how powerful is their message. Spectacular start for exhibit A. ( you may have to address why every other future guest was not your number one choice… but just skirt around that by distractions or pointing behind them) 😉 incredible start
Enjoyed this ❤❤
Very good interview and interviewer. This topic is not covered enough. really is a pandemic of our time. loved your patience and attitude in letting them speak freely without interrupting. and great questions
Loved the podcast. Found it extremely valuable. Thank you! Sending lots of love x

Great podcast! Well done Abbey!
Thanks so much!
Great man so sad ❤️👍🏴
He had Abbey when he said he bought 2 Rolls Royce’s with 1 click
Abbey is the complete opposite of everything mo is and stands for.
Abbey
I hate it when channels copy other channels. The promo at the beginnjng is a rip off of Diary of a CEO.
Not sure about the dress code abbey, it looks like you have nothing on your bottom half, and the in depth conversation you are having doesn’t quite fit, for me anyway.
The interviewer dress code is so inappropriate 😮 what an exhibitionist given its such a serious and important msg mo is portraying. Don't get it thx mo yr a breath of fresh air
.
understand that if you hadn't done what you did, stood by my side 35 years ago, your child would be alive today,
the technology we would create would save your child
Even as a scouser. I cant stand listening to the scouse accent on TV it makes me cringe.
Abby - I am a big fan and a fellow scouser. I looked forward to this show. However, can I suggest - put the legs away, doesn’t look right for the show. The setting needs to be more informal. Less elaborate makeup - just needs softening. Interview technique will mature as time passes; so I’ll not comment.
Good luck
I’m sorry Alice but however successful you thought your father was, he didn’t do the most basic of things, pay off your house, he didn’t do it and then you said he got stressed, please don’t take this is a nasty comment but to me that is the most important especially if you have a family and you said he was super successful but the basic things of being successful and doing well, for me that would be the most important thing to do. Sorry for all your losses.
Hate this. What's missing is that we all have separate realities, and grief cannot be minimised and denied. We have parts that need to be heard, validated and acknowledged, not ignored, silenced and minimised by spiritual bypassing with gratitude.
Steven Bartlett does it better. Copy of him and doing what everyone else does.
