The SD BIOLINE Malaria Ag P.f test is a rapid, qualitative test for the detection of histidine-rich protein II (HRP-II) antigen of Malaria Plasmodium falciparum in human whole blood.
1) you don't have to touch anything on the cleaned thumb because you will contaminate the area again 2) the first blood you clean then you remove the second blood using a pipette tube then drop blood on the rapid diagnosed test to get the accurate results.

How effective is this Rapid test ?I checked it showed negative and so I went to Lab it was positive
