For sale 2009 ESP SV-STD in Black with White Pinstripe and and Chrome Hardware.
This model was only available in European market.
Crafted in Japan, the SV-STD is a speed demon that can handle the most intricate solos and punishing riffs you can create, and come back for more. It features a Neck-Thru Construction, 25.5" Scale, Alder body, 3 Piece Maple neck with white binding, Chrome hardware, Ebony fingerboard with Abalone dot inlays, EMG 81 active pickups, 24 XJ frets, Original Floyd Rose tremolo bridge, Gotoh Tuners, ESP hard case.
Sporting sleek yet simple looks, quality hardware, and a super comfortable neck, the SV-STD is a tremendous workhorse.
The guitar is very well made, the fretwork is spot on, no sharp edges at all. Very comfortable and fast neck with super low action makes it very easy to play fast riffs and blazing solos. With the classic EMG 81 pickups the guitar sounds superb and together with a Floyd Rose Original bridge is a ultimate metal machine.
It plays and feels amazingly, it is an absolute dream to play. The tone and resonance are incredible. The Neck-Thru-Body construction makes the neck very comfortable and gives the easiest access to high frets.
This guitar is in very good condition for a pointy guitar. It has some light scratches and some small dings as you would expect from used instrument. Most notable are a small chips on the pointy ends. Apart from that it is perfect working order. Overall great sounding and looking instrument.
This not an E-II or an LTD. It is the real thing, Made in Japan old ESP Standard Series that was discontinued in 2013, with the classic ESP logo on the headstock. The quality and craftmanship of the guitar is evident from the moment you'll hold it.
Comes with original hardcase and will be carefully packed to ensure safe shipping.
I am happy to answer any questions and will consider reasonable offers.
Please review all photos and the video carefully as they are an integral part of the item description. I can provide additional photos on request.
Please note shipping prices outside the UK are estimated, if you are interested in how much it would cost to ship to you please don't hesitate to send me a message.
If you want the guitar fully insured, then I will need to add that on to the postage cost as the insurance value will obviously depend on the final sale price.

Oxford Guitars umm, which one would you recommend? The MIJ RR24 or these ESPs? These ones definitely have an advantage of having two pickups instead of one, unlike the MIJ RR24, but they are the same EMG-81s, i would’ve liked it more if it had an EMG-85. Nonetheless, still looks good and i believe, plays well too. So, what do you think would be the perfect home practice 15 watt amplifier with godly tones for these metal bad boys? I mean i have nothing i so gotta buy everything from the beginning that includes straps too. :)

Both of these are amazing guitars, made in Japan around same time, similar specs. So it's just a matter of preference.

I've been eyeballing this for a while. Gonna try to commit to purchasing early next year. Its definitely a financial commitment, but I've been trying to find this exact model and they are SO. DIFFICULT. TO LOCATE.
I really hope it sticks around.
