How to Pay with Venmo in a Store (WITHOUT a card!)

Venmo doesn't have a way to add cash to your account. Cash app has that feature but Venmo doesn't.

I don't think you can get cash back when paying this way. Only the debit card has those offers.

Correct. Walmart doesn't take many payment options - they don't even take Apple Pay or Google Pay. They have their own Walmart payment system instead.
