Brother I checked my new wd external hdd with disk genius tool.
Few sectors are showing as "normal" instead of "good" or "excellent".
Normal ka kya meaning hai? Is that a bad sign?

Open window diagnostic
There is feature to do with command prompt
Use trick to do partition through cmd
diskpart
list disk
create partition primary
Use these commands

If you are not getting diagnostic command prompt
Make bootable flash drive
Put window in it try to run procedure of window installation
There you will get option of repair pc
From there access command prompt
