Thank you for taking the time to make these videos for us. I noticed when i came back after over a year break the transmog is totally dead on my realm. Server really does matter, I think i need to find a new home sadly.
I absolutely HATE how every single 'gold making' video are saying that transmog is quick gold, transmog is NOT, i repeat NOT quick gold, do not get into transmog farming and selling if you expect to get rich fast, transmog is, always has been and always will be playing the long game, will you make money yes, will it go fast, 99,9% of the time, no. Expect to take years for you to sell all your transmog. I also take it this is a video for people that already know what they are doing, since flipping the AH takes a lot of knowleage about the market, needs and what sells and what doesen't on your specific server, if you do not know what you are doing and just start trying to flip mats or other items without knowing these things you are more likely to lose a lot of gold then make any.
Your mis understanding what I mean. For example, every day I relist auction that are in my mailbox. And every day I have plenty of sold auctions. Green items mostly or grey items. Thats some quick gold. Few thousand gold here and there is nice to have. Its quick gold but not TONS of QUICK gold is where you're getting it wrong. I sell many Transmog items every single day. Something always sells daily. At least 10 items sell per day from Transmog. To me thats quick gold. Thats less than 24 hours I just made a little bit of gold. What would you call 24 hours? Slow gold? Yes, Trangsmog is the long game. I agree! But it still can make some quick gold. Just not ALOT OF IT. little bits of quick gold here and there.
And also, with the Warband the transmog game is going to increase drastically. People will start buying things they normally wouldn't buy because they can now add it to their collection.
Yea agreed. It sucks. The thing you can do is create different groups within your TSM. Make a group that is greens price range 1-100, Group 2 Greens price range of 101-500, Group 3 Greens price range 501 - 1000, Group 4 Greens price range 1k+ ECT ECT. That way you can just run cancel scans on your more expensive items. Or you can go through your ledger on TSM and target the best selling greens and use that to make a group.
Well there are 15 Quests on the map that reward roughly 550 gold, Thats 8k right there. Then the 6-8 Dragon Riding Races reward another 500+ gold so that's another 3-4k so 12k at least is realistic.

What server are you on? And how many items do you have? Also, Which dungeons do you farm? This info will help me understand what you're working with

Separate your items into different groups so you dont have to scan all your item

Doing WQs "you can earn 13K gold or more per toon per week" is a bit overly optimistic? More likely between 6-10K from my experience.

The quests reset every few days as well so you can actually do it twice per week. Bare min 20k or more Per week per toon if you do everything.
if you have multiple characters you can do a lot more gold
