Wow, some new goodies for me, thanks . . . and of the ones I’ve read, probably between certifiable and bliss is my favorite. That one is imprinted on my brain. I agree with what you said in the video, it’s like if you had a sceptic friend and you wanted to show them what fanfiction is at its best, what it can be and do that is beyond original fiction, you could suggest this fic-it showcases everything. There’s one on my list that doesn’t technically fit in this category (it switches back/forth between D & H perspective) but in my mind it is predominantly Draco’s story: the best of me by mrsren. Even though we switch viewpoints in this story, it’s basically his indefatigable quest, his triumph (when he finds her), his eternal devotion, his humility, kindness, patience, and gentleness (to accept whatever form of connection she is capable of offering), his yearning, his machinations to keep her safe and protected, his impossible predicament, etc.
