No obvious destruction of scutum or left ear ossicles is seen at present. Bilateral external ear cavities appear normal. No abnormal bony or soft tissue abnormality is seen in the right middle ear. Right ear ossicles, epitympanum, mesotympanum and hypotympanic spaces appear normal. Scutum appears normal on either side. Both the internal ears appears normal in CT morphology. Bilateral cochlear turns, semicircular canals and vestibules are normally seen bilaterally. Bilateral facial nerve canals appear normal in their entire path. No evidence of any discontinuity or bony impingement seen Bilateral mastoid ear cells shows normal pneumatisation. Bilateral petrous apex and carotid canals appear normal in CT morphology. Both the internal auditory canals are normal and bilaterally symmetrical. B/1 styloid processes appear normal. Annotate
Ma'am how long does it take for the swelling to go away, I have it since 25 days, I had consulted ENT specialist on the 15th day, he gave medicine for 7 days , now there is no pain but the bone is still swelled

bone swelling may be mastoid prominence. If any doubt , do FNAC. If normal / reactive lymphadenitis, ignore. No need of tensions😎
