probably cuz most rotaries opened up are blown. a blown piston motor smells the same. we opened up a mint 12a and it didnt have a smell to it like that
@@BadKarmaRacing Recently I helped a homie disassemble a miata 1.8, which smelled the same as the 12a that had 4pc apex seal lol. Now that I think about it I pulled a 73k 13b from the yard and it smelled very little. Must be mazda things
