Why not cut the clutch bolt, drill the end the correct size for the predator bolt. Then cut the predator bolt and slide it in the drilled hole the correct distance then weld around the shoulder between the two? Then you have the right treads for the crank and the correct diameter for the clutch bore to ride on. I did a similar job and found that over time the clutch would loosen due to the fact that the bolt was a tad to small and let the clutch wobble slightly. After doing this I no longer had a issue. Just something that i did. Don't know if is helpful or not. Keep up the videos. Much love brother.

Exactly which predator 212 did you get ic there's 4 at HF. Also, do you have part no. Model no. Of the clutch you used?
So is the actual bolt size a 5/16 bolt 5 1/8 length? I am also planning on using the same engine with the original G1 clutch

What secondary clutch did you use?
The rear axle is from an ezgo workhorse and i used an ezgo txt secondary
@@BackRoadBomber did you use a 1 3/16” belt or a stock 1”
I used a dayco hp2028 belt it’s 1 1/4” wide
