Converting that from seconds to years, we get the same number you got from hours to years.
Conclusion: something happened that made the counter of the livestream go to the positive integer limit.

Context: it’s a RUclips Glitch for mobile (as shown in the video) but it appears for half a second and it’s loading this number because RUclips live streams can go on and on for 200B years but it doesn’t do that. It’s just loading the livestream.

I encounter that with content that is actively being streamed all the time on mobile. Since I use the voiceover screen reader on my iPhone because I am blind, when it reads the playback position slider it will say for example, "track position: 1 minute 30 seconds of 11 minutes." When watching a current live stream the number after the of part always becomes that hugely over the top value.

Fun fact: that livestream is actually exactly *9,223,372,036,854,775,807* (9.2 quintillion) seconds long, which is equivalent to the signed long (64-bit) maximum integer limit, or 2^63-1. The value for the video's length probably had some sort of bug happen.
