Is there a reason why The Weather Channel can't just integrate this with their normal broadcast on streaming services like for example DIRECTV Now? It wouldn't look as nice as Intellistar, but it would at least localize Local On The 8's.

Create a intallistar but have local now in it I call it intallistar 3 added to IOS and Android and TV promise me you could create intallistar 3
