The entire 'wellness center' is smaller than the smallest bedroom which makes no sense. Architecture is fantastic!
I completely agree so I would repurpose one of the bedrooms into my wellness/exercise center!

Beautiful home, great layout but a bit overpriced even for Brentwood or maybe I want it but don’t want to drop more than $15 million! 🤔Your flow and energy was very smooth with a very efficient but effective editing! A few details probably had to be clipped but one more minute to orient the 2nd floor layout plus night shots to maximize the views would have been perfect! Overall, excellent work!
